There also used to be issues of where the camera was sourced and where you were filming as the AC power cycle was out of sync with the camera causing flickering shots under artificial lighting. ![]() Sometimes the camera refresh rate isn't in sync with the screen being recorded, this used to show as progressive black lines down the screen. In regards to the video thing, if you look at videos of screens you will see weird effects with the refresh rate and the colours, especially older screens.
